At Cristallini, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment is not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Cristallini tags and security seals still attached to ensure your return is accepted.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 5 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned garment for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
